About The Ceramics:
Each product is thrown on a potters wheel with stoneware clay and decorated using lead free brush on glazes.
Each piece is hand-crafted and may slightly vary in colour and size from the images and description. All measurements are approximate.
Although items are dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you wash by hand.
Shipping:
I am currently only shipping within the UK. However, if you are shopping outside of the UK please message me with the details of the items you wish to purchase and I will discuss shipping options with you.
Delivery:
All online orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. I endeavour to keep the site current and fully updated with new products and removing old ones, however, if your order cannot be fulfilled I will contact you to discuss an alternative product or arrange a full refund.
Returns:
I hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, if for some reason you are not happy with it, please email me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund. All items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of items. ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’ services are recommended as I am unable to accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of goods returned will be refunded within 3 days of safe receipt.
I carefully check and package all items, but if there is any damage or fault on arrival please contact me on slkceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph clearly showing the damage to the item, along with the packaging.
Please note that used or customer-damaged items, and all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
